Housekeeper/Villa Stewardess - Cannes/Mougins - POSITION FILLED

An experienced housekeeper is required to join an interior team of 3 other staff working in a luxury property between Cannes and Mougins. When owners are not in residence working hours will be 9am-5pm / 5 days per week, including a 1-hour meal break. When owners are in residence the housekeeper will be on early shifts or late shifts rotating each week. The European employers are in residence all of July and August each year and for an additional 3 months at different times of the year. This role is predominantly hands-on cleaning and housekeeping - service skills are only required for the periods when employers are in residence.

Duties will include:

• 5* Housekeeping

• Table settings/flowers etc

• Informal table service

• Assist with laundry on laundress’ day off

Requirements:

• Excellent previous experience in a similar role

• Good knowledge of informal table service

• Ability to arrange flowers for table/house when required

• Works well with others

• Able to work on rota of early shift/late shift when employers in residence

• Able at short notice to work paid overtime hours when required

• Fluent English, some spoken French an advantage but not essential

• Own transport as no close public transport routes available

• An EU passport or French carte de sejour

• Live within easy travelling distance of Cannes/Mougins

Lead Housekeeper ~ Fontvieille/Monaco - POSITION FILLED

An experienced senior housekeeper is required to work in a large luxury apartment close to Fontvieille in Monaco. This Swiss German family of four are long term residents in Monaco and are seeking a lead housekeeper to join their small team of interior staff. It is important to the employer that the lead housekeeper works ‘hands-on’ alongside the other housekeepers and understands that this is not a ‘hands-off’ management role. The team have been in place for several years and are used to working in a warm, respectful environment. It is also important that the new lead housekeeper likes animals and is not allergic to dogs or cats. Working 42-44hrs per week including either a Saturday or a Sunday each week, depending on the weekly rota.

Duties will include:

• Hands-on 5* housekeeping

• Preparation of weekly housekeeping rota

• Preparation of daily duties lists

• Stock control/Inventory

Requirements:

• Excellent prior experience in a senior housekeeper role

• Fluent English/conversational French an advantage

• Living within easy travelling distance of Monaco

• A ‘hands-on’, flexible approach

• Able to work well as part of a team

• Likes animals/no allergies

​Housekeeper x 2 ~ Fontvieille/MC - POSITIONS FILLED
Our client in Monaco is currently seeking two housekeepers to become an important part of an interior staff already employed at this large apartment property close to Fontvieille. The housekeepers will work under the direction of the Head Housekeeper and House Manager. 39hrs per week. Monaco CDI contract
Duties will include:
• 5* Housekeeping
• Laundry & Ironing
• Care/cleaning of designer wardrobe and valuable household linens
• Cleaning kitchen areas after chef has finished service
Requirements:
• Excellent previous housekeeping experience
• Speaks fluent English
• EU nationality or French carte de sejour
• Live within easy travelling distance of Monaco
• Excellent letters of reference
• Team player with flexible approach
This role does not offer accommodation therefore candidates must live within easy travelling distance of Monaco and be accustomed to coming to work each day by train. This client is seeking housekeepers who have previously worked within a large team of interior staff and who work alongside their colleagues with respect and professionalism.
Salary: €2.8k net pm negotiable
