Our clients in Vence are seeking a self-employed property manager who is able to provide a variety of services throughout the year at their 7 bedroom luxury villa, services will include:

• Regular weekly property inspection visits out of season

• Liaise with local contractors

• Oversee any repairs/garden maintenance

• Deal with general correspondence arriving at the property

• Liaise where necessary with incoming rental guests ( approx.. 8 weeks pa)

• Oversee Saturday changeovers (10am-4pm)

• Meet and greet renters in high season

• Provide cleaning staff when required

• Arrange for cleaning staff during visits of owners ( approx.. 8-12 weeks pa)

• Ensure property is prepared and fully stocked for Principal’s arrival

 

The property manager should live within easy travelling distance of Vence, be available to provide their services for longer hours in the summer months, and should already have a team of housekeepers on whom they can call on when needed to provide changeovers and weekly cleaning. Applicants must have a legal entity in France through which they can invoice the client on a monthly basis.
