Our returning client is seeking an experienced and skilled Technical Manager to provide exterior care and maintenance of his luxury property in Ramatuelle. Accommodation can be provided with this role however the client would prefer to recruit a candidate for this role who already lives locally. Working 45hrs per week/5.5 days per week.

Duties will include:

• Taking the lead on all facilities management across the residence.

• Responsible for the procurement and management of external maintenance, cleaning and waste management

• Liaising with the client’s security team.

• ‘Hands-on’ Electrical and HVAC maintenance

• Understanding of heat exchanges and heat pumps an advantage

• Responsible for managing external contractors

• ‘Hands on’ general maintenance and repairs

 

Requirements:

• A good level of both spoken English and French

• Excellent prior experience in the field of maintenance and electrics

• Knowledge of HVAC systems

• Clean driving license

• Able to work well in a team

• EU passport or French carte de sejour essential
