Domestic Couple ~ Provence

An experienced domestic couple is required to run a beautiful 8 bedroom property on the outskirts of St Remy de Provence. The couple must be able to work and run the property autonomously, liaising when necessary with the employer’s UK management office. The British owners/family/friends generally use the property for a maximum of 8-9 weeks per year, mostly in the high season. The general working week is 35hrs/5 days per week – when guests are in residence longer hours and 6 days per week will be required. Part of the couple’s duties will be to recruit local seasonal staff who will work on a rotational basis allowing each of the couple to have a few hours ‘downtime’ during their working day whilst ensuring the continuity of high level guest services.

Duties will include:

  • General housekeeping

  • Overall house management

  • Liaising with UK Head Office

  • Light cooking (chef employed for busy periods)

  • Recruitment and supervision of local seasonal workers

  • Laying of tables and informal service ( preferably both of the couple will be able to serve at table)

Head Housekeeper/Gouvernante ~ Monaco

Our client is seeking an experienced an knowledgeable head housekeeper to lead and work alongside a small team of housekeepers in a large busy home.

Duties will include:

• Housekeeping duties including regular deep cleaning

• Leading and overseeing the work of the housekeeping team

• Organising housekeepers rotas and holiday schedules

• Create time for yourself out of the shifts to carry out Head Housekeeping duties

Rotational Elderly Carer ~ Monaco and occasional travel  POSITION NOW FILLED

An experienced elderly carer is required to join a team of two other carers to work 3 weeks on/6 weeks off looking after a lovely elderly British lady who requires 24/7 assistance whilst at home in Monaco and during occasional travel to homes in Switzerland/London/Barbados or on the family yacht. Accommodation is provided during the 3 week rotation.

Personal Assistant ~ Working from home/Occasional travel

An experienced male PA who speaks fluent French and English and if possible some Russian is required to provide daily administrative support to a busy Principal who has a long term residence in Monaco.  For accommodation reasons when travelling to other properties, this client needs a male PA . The majority of work will be remote, working from their own home however the PA will occasionally be required to work in Monaco or travel with the Principal.
Duties will include:

  • Managing diaries/meeting schedules

  • Handling of calls, emails and daily post

Permanent Housekeeper/Caretaker (with accommodation) ~ St Moritz

A very experienced housekeeper is required for a long term role looking after a luxury apartment in St Moritz. The two Principals are in residence only occasionally each year, generally only for 6 weeks from early January to mid-February and in May/June each will come separately to the apartment for a week or two. There may be very occasional visits outside of these two periods but this is rare. When in residence the employers are accompanied by their travelling housekeeper, butler and a personal chef.

Duties will include:

  • 5* housekeeping throughout the year

Outside of the Principal’s visits, working hours will be 8hrs per day/5 days per week, however when the Principal is in residence this role might require longer hours on rotation with the travelling staff who reside in the apartment during these periods.

Chalet Chef ~ Megeve & Geneva ~ Jan 4th to March 31st

An experienced high level private chef is required to work for this busy family in their two luxury Megeve chalets (which they use mainly at weekends) plus some additional time cooking for the family during the week at their home in Geneva - according to the family’s needs. Accommodation can be provided at both locations.

Alternatively this client is open to having a chef come to work at the chalet only for the weekends of Jan/Feb/March plus the February school vacation which is 20 to 24 February. This weekend chef would need to live within easy travelling distance of Megeve, however accommodation for the working weekends can be provided.

 Live-out Head Gardener ~ Vence

An experienced and qualified Head Gardener is required to take over the running and development of a large garden and grounds of a luxury property in Vence. The four hectares of land comprises forest land and large parkland/lawn areas with gardens leading up to the main house. There are also tennis courts and an olive grove of 75 trees to be cared for; the owner would like the Head Gardener to also develop a kitchen garden. An assistant gardener will be employed at the property to help the head gardener with all daily duties.

Accommodation is not offered with this role therefore applicants must live within easy travelling distance of Vence.

Domestic Couple ~ Vence

An experienced domestic couple is required to look after a newly renovated 7-bedroom villa situated on 5000m2 of land located just above Vence. The British owners are seeking a proactive, open and flexible couple who have excellent prior experience working in a similar role. The couple must be able to speak a very good level of English and at least one of the couple must speak good conversational French. There is no on-site accommodation available for the caretaker couple however if the successful applicants do not already live within 15-20 mins from Vence, then the employers will rent a small apartment locally for the couple.

This client enjoys having quiet family time and the villa will run very informally, they are not ‘high maintenance/high service’ people and enjoy their privacy therefore the couple may find that while the family are in residence they are given more time off than is usually expected with employers in residence. They would like their housekeeper and handyman/gardener to be quiet, discreet and low profile.

Maintenance Technician ~ Villefranche

A very experienced maintenance technician/manager is required to work on a large luxury estate in Villefranche. It is essential that applicants have an excellent ‘team’ spirit, a flexible approach and have excellent technical knowledge within electrics, electronics including crestron technology, general plumbing, a/c systems etc. Outside contractors are engaged for much of the necessary hands-on work and part of the technician’s job will be to oversee any ongoing work as well as being able to personally assist the property handyman with general daily maintenance tasks. 40 hours per week throughout the year except for when the Principal is in residence ( 6-10 weeks per year) at which time longer hours/days will be required.

Duties will include maintenance/control of:

  • AC/heating system.

  • Video cameras.

  • Interior/exterior electrical equipment’s.

  • SPA.

  • Garden water flow pumps.

  • Garden & interior lightnings.

Temp Housekeeper/Cook ~ Chateauneuf de Grasse - 3 days per week/2 weeks POSITION NOW FILLED

An experienced housekeeper who is also able to provide very simple cooking for a family of 4 is required to work 3 days per week for the next two weeks in a large luxury property in Chateauneuf de Grasse. The family require a high level of cleaning, laundry, shopping and light cooking for 3 days per week, the hours will be long on working days.  Applicants must speak fluent English, have their own transport and live within easy travelling distance of the property.

Travelling Butler/Manager ~ Cannes/Paris/Cairo/Riyadh etc

A highly experienced butler/manager is required for a long term travelling role working for our client who has several homes internationally. Duties will include all the usual traditional butler activities including formal and informal service, co-ordination and oversight of junior housekeeping and service staff in each of the properties, event management, guest and concierge services and the organisation of the homes in advance of the Principals arrival.

Domestic Couple ~ St Tropez ~ Long Term

An experienced domestic couple is required to work in a luxury, centrally located villa in St Tropez. The family of two adults and three teenage boys use the property as a vacation home for approximately 3 months each year and would like to employ a couple who speak fluent English; at least one of the couple should also speak good communicative French. One of the couple must have good gardening experience and if lacking in extensive gardening knowledge a contract gardener will be engaged twice per month to give guidance and instruction on what should be scheduled for the mature 1ha gardens at each particular time of year.

Live-In Chateau Head Chef ~ Provence ~ Mid April to Mid Sept

A beautiful chateau rental property is seeking a very experienced Head Chef to lead a small team of kitchen staff catering to the daily requirements of varying numbers of rental guests who will be staying at the property next summer. The chateau offers their rental guests a true taste of Provence with their exceptional organic wines and it is essential that they are also able to offer the daily services of a chef who can provide the very best in Provencal cuisine.


  • Providing breakfast/lunch/dinner - plus canapes/snacks/teas/picnics etc if requested

  • Purchasing and stock control

Live-in or Live out House Manager ~ London

An experienced house manager is required to work for these busy clients, working closely with the office manager and under the direction of the Principals, the house manager will ensure the proper running of the London home, and maintain oversight of properties, staff and service providers in St Tropez and Gstaad. Due to cultural issues this role is only suitable for female candidates.

The role will require flexibility and availability to travel over the classic holiday periods. Fluent English and a good level of conversational French is essential to carry out the proper execution of the role and its responsibilities .



  • Responsible for household budgets and making sure accounts are maintained for all properties

  • Monitoring purchases

  • Overseeing maintenance - liaising with contractors and gardeners, etc.

  • Logging of contractors to the property

  • Understanding and operating house systems/TV/WIFI/Security

  • Ensuring the property is stocked with items to ensure the smooth running of the property as a family home

A highly organised and efficient fully bilingual (French/English) Personal Assistant is required to assist a client who is currently installed in a property on Cap d’Antibes. The PA’s services will be required for at least the rest of the month of September, possibly longer. Working hours will sometimes extend beyond the usual 8 hours per day and some weekend or remote work evenings/weekends may also be required. The client might occasionally require the PA to go with him to Monaco but in general the work will be based out of the client’s home office at the Cap d’Antibes property.

Domestic Couple ~ Cannes  POSITION NOW FILLED

Our client is seeking an experienced couple who have the necessary knowledge and enthusiasm to run one of the most prestigious properties in Cannes. This clients current couple are retiring after 25 years working for the family and our client would like to find a replacement couple who will be able to offer a similar length of employment and loyalty. Generally the role will involve housekeeping, driving and property maintenance and for much of the year the couple will work alone however when the client arrive they bring with them several staff from their other homes. They use the Cannes property for a maximum of 8 weeks per year often less therefore the couple must be able to work autonomously and communicate well with the client’s family office.

Duties will include:

  • Housekeeping ( male to assist female where necessary)

  • Light Cooking ( an advantage but not essential)
