LIVE-IN TRAVELLING FAMILY ASSISTANT/MANNY/NANNY – NICE AND TRAVELLING
Our British/Australian clients are seeking an energetic and flexible multi-skilled ‘all-rounder’ to join their family team. Candidates will preferably have previous experience working in a family support role along with some experience working with older children/teens. The Manny/Nanny/Family Assistant must be happy to help with travel logistics, general daily organisational duties, light cooking if required plus on occasion provide support to a 17-year old son when the parents are away.
A full time housekeeper is employed in this family’s various properties.
The clients feel that this role would possible suit someone with a yachting background who is looking for a land-based role, someone with an open, positive approach, good hospitality skills, who is used to dealing with pressure, enjoys being around older children/teenagers and loves water sports. This role would suit candidates who likes structure, travel, activity and generally being useful in a busy family environment

Accommodation of an ensuite room will be given within the family home and when travelling suitable accommodation will be provided. A car will also be provided at each location where necessary. There are no rigidly set hours with this role and no set number of weeks or months spent in the individual countries therefore adaptability, especially during times of travel is essential. These clients are open to contracting someone who is able to legally invoice them for this role or employing via a French CDI - however it must be noted that the working hours required for this role will exceed the usual CDI 35 hrs per week.

FREELANCE DRIVER - ST TROPEZ - MID JUNE -MID SEPT
This booking request covers a period of three months, six days per week, approximately 10 hrs per day, usually working one of two shifts, either 11am - 8pm or 3pm - 1am depending on the client's plans. These plans will be conveyed to the driver the day before, or earlier if the Principal's timetable has already been decided.
Flexibility is essential in this role as the driver’s weekly day off will be changeable dependent on the needs of the client and his guests. Additionally applicants must have the ability to legally invoice the client each month for completed work. Accommodation can be offered with this role and during periods when the Principal is in residence staff meals are provided, when he is not in residence, all staff prepare their own meals.

SEASONAL BUTLER - ST TROPEZ
Our returning client is seeking an experienced, freelance butler to join a small team of interior staff at his luxury property in St Tropez. It is essential that the butler is able to work on a freelance basis, invoicing the client each month.
In both May and September (approximately eight weeks), the Butler will work only weekends, depending on when the owner is present. This results in an average of 3-4 working days per week, with the remaining days free. From June until the end of August, the schedule becomes seven days a week working approximately 10hrs per day.

ROTATIONAL PRIVATE CARER – MONACO
Our client is seeking a trustworthy, motivated, and compassionate Private Care Assistant to join a well-established team caring for a gentleman who is fully paralysed. The carer will become the third member of a close-knit rotational team, working collaboratively to provide seamless, respectful, and attentive care within a private household in Monaco.
The carer will be on rotation for 10-12 days each month, usually in blocks of 2-4 days, providing 24/7 care. There will be occasional travel with this role.
Duties will include:
• Personal care & daily routines:
Support with showering, shaving, dressing, positioning, feeding, and all mobility-related assistance.
• Communication support:
Assist with phone use, messages, emails, and calls.
• Night presence:
Sleep in a dedicated adjacent room/bedroom and respond if needed during the night.
• Travel readiness:
Accompany the principal when traveling; the week following travel is off to maintain equal rotation across the team.
• Stand-by periods:
Monday–Friday, while the principal is typically at the office (09:00–17:00), assistants have personal downtime but must remain nearby and reachable for early returns or ad-hoc needs.
• Training & handover:
Comprehensive training and shadowing with current assistants to ensure a smooth transition.

CHATEAU DUTY MANAGER/CONCIERGE – NEAR BRIGNOLES POSITION FILLED
Our returning client is seeking a skilled and highly professional Duty Manager for a stunning chateau which is used by the American owner and is also a very busy luxury destination rental property and event location. Duties will vary considerable including being first point of contact for guests and staff in the absence of the Property Manager and being the first point of contact for all guests during their stay. Duties will also include supervising the Food & Beverage, Housekeeping and Porter teams. Reporting directly to the Director, the DM will be responsible for the quality of the hospitality services and for maintaining the excellent reputation of the establishment.

Our client is currently seeking a highly experienced House Management couple to oversee a private luxury property in Theoule sur Mer. The House Manager Couple will be jointly responsible for the day to day management of two villas on the estate, ensuring that the family & guests’ needs are met at all times while maintaining very high standards. The couple have an overall coordinating role in the villa, takes the lead in all issues and, once family / guests have arrived, has primary responsibility for the success of their stay.
The couple will supervise the work of the support staff working in the villa and also coordinate / support the work of the Chef. They will be expected to work 'hands-on' as this is not solely a managerial role and will also be required to have some cooking skills to prepare breakfast & light lunch on request. Bar skills are essential for entertaining.

Our client is currently seeking a domestic couple for their property in Vallauris/Super Cannes. This is a relatively rare opportunity as unusually one of the couple should be a good chef with the other of the couple providing excellent butler/guest service skills. The client’s current couple are retiring after having been in situ for the last 20 years. The female of this current couple provides top level cuisines and also oversees the general housekeeping. The male of the current couple is a top level maitre d’hotel and along with providing excellent guest services and some chauffeuring, he also oversees the property’s maintenance. This client is open to having the male provide the chef services.

ROTATIONAL NURSE/CARER - MONACO/YACHT/CARIBBEAN & OCCASIONAL TRAVEL TO UK POSITION NOW FILLED
Our Monaco-based client is currently seeking a qualified nurse to become part of a team of 4 nurses looking after an older lady suffering from dementia.
The 4 nurses work in 2 teams of 2, with each team working 4 weeks on/4 weeks off. One of each team will work the nights, the other will work the days, with this being alternated on a 2 week by 2 week basis. This role is 'live-in' only when the nurses are working their rotation. If the new nurse has an EU passport but does not live in the region around Monaco then their return flights/travel costs will be covered for the start and finish of each rotation.
This job is mainly based in Monaco however there will be occasional trips to the UK for social engagements, family events, Royal Ascot, the family yacht etc., plus the family spend November to March each year at their property in the Caribbean, therefore applicants must be willing to fly to the various locations when it is their rotation period.

The employers are older and usually spend only 10-12 weeks each summer at the villa; during this period they will occasionally entertain a very small number of guest either for meals or short stays. The client and his wife live a quiet, very discreet life therefore it is essential that their new domestic couple have the highest levels of discretion and professionalism.

DOMESTIC COUPLE - PROVENCE
An experienced couple is required to take over the care and running of a large luxury country retreat located close to St Remy. The property is generally used by a busy British family in the summer months and spring/autumn half term holidays. The property is occasionally rented out however the owners plan in the future to use the property more themselves instead of renting out in high season. The property comprises 6 double bedroom suites with large reception rooms, a swimming pool, tennis courts and a large mature garden. A weekly gardener is contracted year-round and part of the couple duties will be to provide general garden maintenance alongside the contracted gardener. The property owners will employ a part-time housekeeper for 4 hours per morning, 6 days per week when the property is being used by the family - who also travel with their own cook - meals are nearly always buffet style and very informal. The housekeeper needs to be highly organised and efficient, able to keep a linen book/household inventory etc and be willing to quickly learn and adapt to the needs of the family.

HOUSEKEEPER - MONACO/EZE SUR MER
Our British client is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced housekeeper to maintain two properties in Eze and Monaco to a 5* standard, the housekeeper will be working under the supervision of the House Manager. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, proactive and a strong team player with very high levels of discretion and a good level of English.
This role offers a Monaco contract therefore legally, candidates must already be living in the Alpes Maritimes region. Working 5 days per week - 39 hr per week maximum - starting at 9.30 each morning, finishing time between 4pm – 6pm depending on completion of weekly duties. Flexibility is required as during periods when the employer is in residence the housekeeper may be required to work several days without a day off and the overtime worked will be given as time off ‘in lieu’ the following week. Applicants should drive and have their own transport.
The housekeeper will provide care for two properties, ensuring every room is beautifully maintained and presented. This includes deep cleaning, making beds, cleaning of terraces etc, as well as the careful maintenance of high-end materials such as delicate fabrics, and specialised finishes.

Our Middle Eastern client is seeking an experienced couple who have the necessary knowledge and enthusiasm to run a prestigious properties in Cannes. This clients previous couple worked for the family for 25 years and our client would like to find a replacement couple who will be able to offer many years of employment and loyalty. Generally the role will involve housekeeping, driving and property maintenance and for much of the year the couple will work alone however when the client arrive they bring with them several staff from their other homes. They use the Cannes property for a maximum of 8 weeks per year, often less, therefore the couple must be able to work autonomously and communicate well with the client’s family office.
