GARDIEN/PET CARER - CHATEAUNEUF DE GRASSE 

Our client is currently seeking an experienced multi-skilled caretaker/pet carer to look after his secondary property of 240m2 in Chateauneuf de Grasse. It is essential that the gardien is an animal-lover as they will be required to look after the employer's 2 dogs and 2 cats. Working 5.5 days per week, Monday – Saturday mornings. In the owner’s absence, weekend care is required, with a weekend off in lieu. The gardien will be accommodated in their own ensuite bedroom in the main body of the house.

Duties will include:

•       Daily care of the 2 medium-sized gentle dogs and 2 cats

•       Assist gardening contractor with keeping garden maintained/terraces tidy and pots watered

•       Tidying home after weekly summer visits and assisting housekeeper where necessary

•       Minor household maintenance tasks

Requirements:

•       Excellent previous similar experience

•       Good garden/house maintenance skills

•       Genuinely enjoys being with animals - essential

•       Driving license essential

•       Fluent English, spoken Hindi or Sinhala an advantage

•       Reliable, independent, practical, and responsible

•       EU passport or a valid carte de sejour

Salary: €3k brut pm

LIVE-OUT PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECH - ST MORITZ

 Our returning client is currently seeking a highly skilled maintenance technician to provide multiple skills to ensure the smooth operation and running of a very large, luxury chalet property in St Moritz. This role does not offer accommodation therefore candidates must live within easy travelling distance of St Moritz.

Duties will include:

  • Performing preventive maintenance

  • Troubleshoot technical issues

  • Ensure functioning of plumbing, electrical, HVAC etc.

  • Perform Routine Maintenance on Electrical, Plumping, HVAC etc

  • Repair issues related to Creston, lighting, air conditioning, water systems,

  • Maintain appliances and fixtures

  • Respond promptly to daily maintenance requests.

  • Manage relationships with external contractors

  • Ensure security systems, alarms, CCTV etc are functioning

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a UHNW environment

  • Experience or apprenticeship as an electrician

  • Spoken English and German – spoken Italian an advantage

  • Strong, technical Hands-on maintenance experience

  • Understanding of electrical work, plumbing and HVAC systems

  • Problem Solving skills

  • Ability to diagnose faults quickly and carry out repairs efficiently.

  • Physically fit

  • Flexible approach

  • High level of discretion, integrity and confidentiality

  • Already living in the St Moritz region or able to quickly relocate

  • Driver with own vehicle

  • Swiss residency

TECH/MAINTENANCE MANAGER - MONACO/CAP FERRAT

Our client is currently seeking an experienced, hands-on maintenance manager who will be part of a small team working between the client’s Monaco and Cap Ferrat property. It is essential that the manager has a ‘can-do/hands-on’ approach, always where possible fixing household issues himself or with his team, rather than automatically reverting to the use of local contractors. An IT manager will also be employed on site and at times the two managers will be working together to address identified issues.

Professional experience in the following is required:

  • Hotel or private estate maintenance/decoration etc

  • HVAC/Electrics/Plumbing etc

  • Major luxury renovations

  • Building/Construction

  • Proactive troubleshooting/problem solving

  • Knowledge of Crestron technology etc is an advantage but not essential

This role does not offer accommodation therefore candidates should live within easy travelling distance of Monaco.

Salary: €5k net per month neg

HANDYMAN - MONACO

We are seeking a skilled handyman with excellent knowledge in the interior maintenance of a luxury property. The handyman will work as part of a small interior team and in a much larger household team. Ideally candidates should be proactive and intelligent with a 'can- do' attitude and is able to take direction from senior staff members.

Requirements:

·       General interior maintenance

·       Working alongside senior managers in IT/Tech etc

·       Good foundation knowledge in HVAC, plumbing etc

·       Spoken English and French

·       Flexible and supportive approach

·       EU passport or French carte de sejour

·       Live within easy travelling distance of Monaco

·       Excellent similar prior experience

·       Excellent letters of reference from previous employers
