Family Cook ~ St Tropez ~ 2/3 evenings pr week ~ 1st to 14th August
A good family-style cook is required to prepare an evening meal 2 or 3 times per week for a gentleman and his guests staying at his villa close to St Tropez between 1st and 14th August. Candidates must have their own transport and be willing to cook, informally serve and clear away at the end of the meal.

Occasional Family Chef ~ Mougins ~ 9th to 31st July POSITION NOW FILLED
An experienced family chef is required to cook a few lunches or dinners each week for a group of up to 10 adults who are vacationing in a large villa in Mougins. These clients are very flexible about when and how many times per week the chef comes to the villa to cook for them therefore they can work around a chef’s other bookings. They enjoy informal, Mediterranean and international cuisines served ‘family/bistro style’ and do not require a chef with Michelin-level experience or training. Applicants must speak fluent English, have their own transport and live within easy travelling distance of Mougins.

Private Chef ~ Mougins ~ All July (& possibly early August) POSITION NOW FILLED
An experienced private chef is required to cook for a visiting Middle Eastern family and their extended entourage. There are some special dietary requirements including gluten and dairy-free. The clients enjoy a variety of international cuisines presented beautifully however they do not require a chef who has Michelin-level experience. In total there will be three main Principals to cook for along with 7 children, 7 in the family entourage comprising PA, nannies, personal trainers etc, and approximately 8 household staff.
The client and family will frequently take lunch at a separate family villa close by at which time the chef will provide a selection of buffet style platters to be taken to the other location. This client expects that the preparation of staff meals is given care and attention - they want their staff to be well-fed during their work periods.
Accommodation will be provided in either a near-by villa or local hotel and the chef will be required to ‘bubble’ with the other household staff for the month of July. Supplies will be ordered and delivered rather than the chef going out to the local markets and shops. The chef will be required to quarantine in the provided accommodation for a few days (paid) in advance of starting work and have several PCR tests before and during the employment period. If the chef has a sous chef or partie he is accustomed to working with then their cvs, references and id documents should be sent to Oasis immediately and we will then present the two chefs as a ‘package’ to the client, if this is not an acceptable solution for the client a chef’s assistant will be brought in from the clients home country.
Candidates must speak fluent English and should be able to invoice the client for the full employment period.
Salary: €6k pm negotiable
