LIVE-OUT SECOND CHEF – CANNES – 16TH-31ST AUG
Our returning client is urgently seeking a second chef to support and work alongside this client’s long-term chef for a two week period starting 16th August. The visiting guest group is large and with a variety of ages therefore the chefs will be kept busy throughout the day. The clients enjoy a variety of healthy cuisines and need their chefs to have a flexible attitude and have a good knowledge of international cuisines. The villa is in central Cannes and is fully staffed. The working hours will be long and candidates must be able to legally invoice the client for their work.
Requirements:

LIVE-OUT CHEF - ST PAUL DE VENCE- ASAP to 14th SEPT
An experienced personal chef is required to provide lunch and dinner 6 days per week for a family vacationing at their villa in St Paul de Vence. The chef will also provide simple staff meals for 5/6 staff also employed at the property. In general there will be 3-7 family members staying at the villa throughout the booking period with some or all having lunch and/or supper, when guests are also staying with the family there will be a maximum of 12 at mealtimes, there are no children to cook for in this group.
Duties:

Provide lunch and dinner for 3-12 guests

Prepare fresh, light Mediterranean and Asian cuisines

Provide simple staff meals for 5/6 people

Maintain a clean, working environment/fridges etc

Work well within a small interior team
Requirements:

Several years prior/similar experience

Good knowledge of Mediterranean and Asian cuisines, fresh fish and seafood dishes

Good BBQ knowledge

Chef must live locally

Driver with own vehicle

Able to invoice the client for the booking period

Excellent plating/presentation skills

Speak fluent English

This role does not provide accommodation therefore the chef must live within easy travelling distance of St Paul de Vence and have a positive, flexible approach. Occasionally at weekends the chef might be asked to provide a brunch instead of a lunch but in general the chef will prepare lunch and dinner for the family. It is essential that the chef speaks a good level of English and speaks enough French to be able to shop locally for produce etc.
Salary: TBD ( Ability to legally invoice the client is essential))

LIVE-OUT FEMALE CHEF - CAP D'ANTIBES - 29 JUNE - 11 AUG POSITION NOW FILLED
Our clients on Cap d’Antibes are currently seeking a chef to complete the above dates. For cultural reasons the chef must be a female. In general there will be two adults and 3 younger children plus a small interior staff to prepare meals for. The family like a wide variety of cuisines and the chef will be expected to prepare a selection of interesting foods for the children as well as the adults.
Accommodation is not offered with this role therefore the chef must have their own transport and live within easy travelling distance of Antibes. Ability to legally invoice the client is an advantage, all candidates must have EU passports or a current carte de sejour.
Salary: €350 net per day
Start date: 29th June

HOUSEKEEPER/STAFF COOK – MAY TO END SEPT - VALLAURIS POSITION NOW FILLED
Our summer clients are seeking a housekeeper who is also able to prepare simple lunches for the mainly Filipino staff who are employed short and long-term at the property. Alongside preparing the staff lunch each day the housekeeper will assist the current housekeeping team with general household duties. 6 days per week with paid overtime.
Requirements:

The family will also occasionally eat in local restaurants and will also have days when they are on their yacht which is berthed locally.

TEMP FAMILY COOK - MONACO - 1ST-31ST MAY POSITION NOW FILLED
Our regular client is currently seeking a family-style cook to prepare meals each day for the British couple and their small staff of interior workers. The cook will be replacing one of the family’s usual cooks who has had an accident. The cook will work 3.5 consecutive days per week – 8am to 10pm - on rotation with the family’s other cook. The two older clients enjoy light, healthy meals along with occasional ‘comfort food’, they do not require ‘haute cuisine’ however beautifully cooked and nicely presented meals are expected. The cook must be able to legally invoice these clients
