FREELANCE DRIVER - ST TROPEZ - MID JUNE -MID SEPT

This booking request covers a period of three months, six days per week, approximately 10 hrs per day, usually working one of two shifts, either 11am - 8pm or 3pm - 1am depending on the client's plans. These plans will be conveyed to the driver the day before, or earlier if the Principal's timetable has already been decided.

Flexibility is essential in this role as the driver’s weekly day off will be changeable dependent on the needs of the client and his guests. Additionally applicants must have the ability to legally invoice the client each month for completed work. Accommodation can be offered with this role and during periods when the Principal is in residence staff meals are provided, when he is not in residence, all staff prepare their own meals.

Requirements:

  • Excellent previous professional driving experience

  • Extensive experience driving luxury model vehicles

  • Excellent letters of reference

  • A flexible and discreet approach

  • Team-player

  • Fluent English, some spoken French

  • A good knowledge of the Cote d'Azur regions

  • Able to legally invoice the client

Salary/Compensation: €7k brut per month - on invoice

SEASONAL BUTLER - ST TROPEZ

Our returning client is seeking an experienced, freelance butler to join a small team of interior staff at his luxury property in St Tropez. It is essential that the butler is able to work on a freelance basis, invoicing the client each month.

In both May and September (approximately eight weeks), the Butler will work only weekends, depending on when the owner is present. This results in an average of 3-4 working days per week, with the remaining days free. From June until the end of August, the schedule becomes seven days a week working approximately 10hrs per day.

Requirements:

  • Excellent prior formal butler experience

  • Excellent letters of reference from previous employers

  • Fluent English and some spoken French

  • Clean driving license

  • Flexible approach

  • Discreet and diplomatic

  • Works well in a team

The Butler can be housed on-site and meals are provided when the owner is in residence. When he is not, the butler will prepare their own meals as the chef travels with the Principal. Please only apply for this role if you are able to legally invoice the client for this booking period.

Salary/Compensation: €8k pm brut on invoice

ROTATIONAL PRIVATE CARER – MONACO

Our client is seeking a trustworthy, motivated, and compassionate Private Care Assistant to join a well-established team caring for a gentleman who is fully paralysed. The carer will become the third member of a close-knit rotational team, working collaboratively to provide seamless, respectful, and attentive care within a private household in Monaco.

The carer will be on rotation for 10-12 days each month, usually in blocks of 2-4 days, providing  24/7 care. There will be occasional travel with this role.

Duties will include:

•  Personal care & daily routines:

Support with showering, shaving, dressing, positioning, feeding, and all mobility-related assistance.

•  Communication support:

Assist with phone use, messages, emails, and calls.

•   Night presence:

Sleep in a dedicated adjacent room/bedroom and respond if needed during the night.

•    Travel readiness:

Accompany the principal when traveling; the week following travel is off to maintain equal rotation across the team.

•    Stand-by periods:

Monday–Friday, while the principal is typically at the office (09:00–17:00), assistants have personal downtime but must remain nearby and reachable for early returns or ad-hoc needs.

•    Training & handover:

Comprehensive training and shadowing with current assistants to ensure a smooth transition.

 Provided:

•    Fully equipped staff kitchen; meals provided while on duty

•    Dedicated sleep area close to the employer during carer’s rotation.

•    Structured rotation ensuring balanced workload among all assistants

•    Ongoing training and long-term stability in a respectful, professional household

Requirements:

•     Patient, warm, discreet, and reliable professional with impeccable integrity

•     Preferably good experience in private care and working in UHNW households

      (A male carer is employed to assist with clients mobility, lifting etc.)

•     A flexible approach is vital when working within this team

•     Fluent English or French

•     Comfortable around the principal’s three children are present every other weekend and during half of school holidays.

•     Emotionally mature, calm under pressure, and comfortable with the intimacy of private care

•     Already live in the Alpes Maritime/Italian border as mandatory for employment in Monaco

•     Valid EU passport and a clean background check

•     First Aid/CPR and relevant care certifications are strong advantages

Salary: €3k net pm CDI (Working 10-12 days 24/7 and 18-21 days off each month)

ROTATIONAL NURSE/CARER - MONACO/YACHT/CARIBBEAN & OCCASIONAL TRAVEL TO UK POSITION NOW FILLED

Our Monaco-based client is currently seeking a qualified nurse/carer to become part of a team of 4 looking after an older lady with dementia.

The 4 nurse/carers work in 2 teams of 2, with each team working 4 weeks on/4 weeks off. One of each team will work the nights, the other will work the days, with this being alternated on a 2 week by 2 week basis. This role is 'live-in' only when the nurses are working their rotation. If the new nurse has an EU passport but does not live in the region around Monaco then their return flights/travel costs will be covered for the start and finish of each rotation.

This job is mainly based in Monaco however there will be occasional trips to the UK for social engagements, family events, Royal Ascot, the family yacht etc., plus the family spend November to March each year at their property in the Caribbean, therefore applicants must be willing to fly to the various locations when it is their rotation period.

•       Nursing/Medical/Elderly Care qualification and experience

•       Speak fluent English

•       Flexible approach to work well in a team

•       EU passport (or British with French residency)

•       Able to travel according to the employers schedule

•       Willing to work night shifts on rotation

LIVE-OUT BUTLER/MANAGER – MONACO AREA POSITION NOW FILLED

Our client is currently seeking an experienced butler/house manager for their 8 bedroom villa property close to Monaco. A small year round staff are already employed to maintain the property with seasonal staff being employed during the few months that the employer and family are in residence. This family are very nice, treat all their staff well and keep their household staff very long term. Ideally they would like their new butler/manager to be able to take up this new role in early September.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience running a similar size property

  • Excellent butler service experience

  • Live within easy travelling distance of the property

  • Speaks fluent English and French

  • Clean driving license

  • Excellent references

  • EU passport or French carte de sejour

Salary: €5k net per month (poss. neg.)

Start date: Early Sept preferred​
