Part time ( 20hrs pw) Admin/Secretarial Assistant ~ Antibes ON HOLD
An experienced part-time (20hrs pw) secretary/admin assistant is required for a role term role working under the direction of the Property Manager with the office located in a luxury property on Cap d’Antibes. Applicants should have a good working knowledge of general French administration and must be fluent to bilingual level in both French and English, written, read and spoken.
Working hours will be 9am to 1pm – 5 days per week.
Duties will include:
treatment of invoices
general office admin
preparing letters for the managers signature
preparation of work contracts
Applicants should live within easy travelling distance of Cap d’Antibes and have excellent verifiable letters of reference from previous employers.
Salary: €1200 net pm + 13th month salary (CDI)

Maintenance/Handyperson ~ Live out ~ Cap d'Antibes
An energetic and personable handyperson is required to join the exterior team of a large luxury property on Cap d’Antibes. Applicants must have good experience working professionally in general property maintenance/handyman duties, must be able to drive and speak good English and French. This is a permanent role and offers a 13-month salary.
Salary:€1.7knpm + 13th month
