ROTATIONAL FEMALE NURSE/CARER - MONACO/LONDON/BARBADOS & OCCASIONAL TRAVEL ON YACHT

Our Monaco-based client is currently seeking a qualified nurse/or carer to become part of a team who look after an older lady suffering from dementia.

The nurses work in teams of 2 nurses/carers with each team working 4 weeks on/4 weeks off with a mixture of rotational day and night shifts. This role is 'live-in' only when the nurses are working their rotation. If the new nurse has an EU passport but does not live in the region around Monaco then their return flights will be arranged for the start and finish of each rotation.

This job is mainly based in Monaco however there will be occasional trips to the UK for social engagements, family events, Royal Ascot, the family yacht etc., plus the family spend November to March each year at their property in the Caribbean, therefore applicants must be willing to fly to the various locations when it is their rotation period.

Requirements:

•       Nursing or Professional Carer qualification/experience

•       Speaks fluent English to ‘mother tongue level

•       Flexible approach and able to work well in a team

•       EU passport (or British with French residency)

•       Able to travel according to the employers schedule

•       Willing to work night shifts on rotation when required

•       Excellent references from previous employers

•       Refined and very well-presented

•       Able to navigate social events and occasions with ease

Salary: €3.8k net pm - 12 month salary

LIVE-IN/OUT VILLA STEWARD/ESS - FAYENCE - JULY & AUGUST POSITION NOW FILLED

An experienced villa stewardess/housekeeper is required to join a friendly and busy team in a large luxury rural property in Fayence in the Var region of France approximately 30 minutes from Cannes. 40hrs/6 days per week with paid overtime.

Duties will include:

  • General 5* Housekeeping

  • Laundry & Ironing

  • Informal Table/F&B Service

Requirements:

  • Excellent prior experience in a similar role

  • Excellent references from previous employers

  • Good table and F&B service skills

  • Good communicator/excellent interpersonal skills

  • Fluent English, some French an advantage but not essential

  • Must work will within a team

  • Flexible, positive approach

  • Adaptable in a fast-changing environment

  • Willing to follow the established routines and methods used within the household

  • Driving license an advantage

LAUNDRESS/WARDROBE MAINTENANCE – MONACO ON TRIAL

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Laundress to manage the full lifecycle of garment care within a prestigious private household; this is not simply a role which requires treatment of usual household laundry and ironing. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling luxury fabrics, couture garments, and delicate items, ensuring impeccable presentation and longevity. This role requires most of the Monaco household staff to relocate to the family chalet in Gstaad for a few weeks each January/February & August.

Duties will include:

Garment Care & Laundry Management

•             Perform daily laundry operations including washing, drying, ironing, steaming, and folding

•             Manage hand-washing and specialized care for delicate fabrics (silk, cashmere, lace, etc.)

•             Handle couture, bespoke, and designer garments with utmost care

Wardrobe Maintenance

•             Maintain wardrobes in pristine condition, including organization and seasonal rotation

•             Conduct regular inspections for damage, wear, or stains and take appropriate action

•             Liaise with external dry cleaners and specialists when required

•             Ensure garments are properly stored (garment bags, moth prevention, humidity control)

•             Stain Treatment & Fabric Expertise

•             Keep records of garment care instructions where necessary

Inventory & Supplies

•             Monitor laundry supplies and ensure stock levels are maintained

•             Manage linen inventory including bedding, towels, and table linens

•             Oversee care of household textiles to luxury standards

Household Support

•             Work closely with the Gouvernante and Housekeeping team

•             Assist with packing/unpacking for travel (including garment preparation)

Additional Duties (as required)

•             Care of delicate household items (curtains, upholstery covers, etc.)

•             Support with staff uniforms maintenance

•             Assistance with wardrobe cataloguing systems (digital or manual)

Requirements:

•             Excellent prior experience working long-term in a similar role (private or 5* hotel)

•             Excellent letters of reference

•             Good spoken English or French

•             EU passport or French carte de sejour

•             Live within easy travelling distance of Monaco or be prepared to quickly relocate

•             Ability to travel to Gstaad for several weeks each year.

GARDIEN/PET CARER - CHATEAUNEUF DE GRASSE 

Our client is currently seeking an experienced multi-skilled caretaker/pet carer to look after his secondary property of 240m2 in Chateauneuf de Grasse. It is essential that the gardien is an animal-lover as they will be required to look after the employer's 2 dogs and 2 cats. Working 5.5 days per week, Monday – Saturday mornings. In the owner’s absence, weekend care is required, with a weekend off in lieu. The gardien will be accommodated in their own ensuite bedroom in the main body of the house.

Duties will include:

•       Daily care of the 2 medium-sized gentle dogs and 2 cats

•       Assist gardening contractor with keeping garden maintained/terraces tidy and pots watered

•       Tidying home after weekly summer visits and assisting housekeeper where necessary

•       Minor household maintenance tasks

Requirements:

•       Excellent previous similar experience

•       Good garden/house maintenance skills

•       Genuinely enjoys being with animals - essential

•       Driving license essential

•       Fluent English, spoken Hindi or Sinhala an advantage

FREELANCE DRIVER - ST TROPEZ - MID JUNE -MID SEPT POSITION NOW FILLED

This booking request covers a period of three months, six days per week, approximately 10 hrs per day, usually working one of two shifts, either 11am - 8pm or 3pm - 1am depending on the client's plans. These plans will be conveyed to the driver the day before, or earlier if the Principal's timetable has already been decided.

Flexibility is essential in this role as the driver’s weekly day off will be changeable dependent on the needs of the client and his guests. Additionally applicants must have the ability to legally invoice the client each month for completed work. Accommodation can be offered with this role and during periods when the Principal is in residence staff meals are provided, when he is not in residence, all staff prepare their own meals.

Requirements:

  • Excellent previous professional driving experience

  • Extensive experience driving luxury model vehicles

SEASONAL BUTLER - ST TROPEZ POSITION NOW FILLED

Our returning client is seeking an experienced, freelance butler to join a small team of interior staff at his luxury property in St Tropez. It is essential that the butler is able to work on a freelance basis, invoicing the client each month.

In both May and September (approximately eight weeks), the Butler will work only weekends, depending on when the owner is present. This results in an average of 3-4 working days per week, with the remaining days free. From June until the end of August, the schedule becomes seven days a week working approximately 10hrs per day.

Requirements:

  • Excellent prior formal butler experience

  • Excellent letters of reference from previous employers

  • Fluent English and some spoken French

  • Clean driving license

  • Flexible approach

  • Discreet and diplomatic

  • Works well in a team

Our Monaco-based client is currently seeking a qualified nurse/carer to become part of a team of 4 looking after an older lady with dementia.

The 4 nurse/carers work in 2 teams of 2, with each team working 4 weeks on/4 weeks off. One of each team will work the nights, the other will work the days, with this being alternated on a 2 week by 2 week basis. This role is 'live-in' only when the nurses are working their rotation. If the new nurse has an EU passport but does not live in the region around Monaco then their return flights/travel costs will be covered for the start and finish of each rotation.
